Do I need a pressure washer?
Only for 1.0 PRE-WASH, which goes in a foam cannon. 2.0 TYRE & WHEEL works from a spray bottle, and 3.0 MAIN WASH works in a bucket at 1 : 100.
Is it safe on wax and ceramic coating?
3.0 MAIN WASH is pH-neutral (7.5) and safe on wax and coating. 1.0 PRE-WASH is mildly alkaline at pH 9: rinse it off before it dries and don't use it on hot paint or in direct sun.
How long does a bottle last?
At 1 : 10, one 500 ml bottle makes about 5.5 litres of wash solution, roughly five fills of a 1 litre foam cannon. In a bucket at 1 : 100, 3.0 MAIN WASH goes much further.
Where do you deliver, and how much is it?
Sarawak only for now. Bottles and sets: RM8, free from RM100, next day to most towns by bus or courier. Pressure washers ship free within Sarawak.
Can I pick up in Bintulu?
Yes, for free. Choose "Self-pickup in Bintulu" at checkout and we'll WhatsApp you when it's ready.
Do you deliver outside Sarawak?
Not yet. Sabah, Labuan and West Malaysia will come once we've sorted out courier rates. WhatsApp us and we'll tell you when it opens.
When will my order arrive?
Pressure washers are pre-order and arrive in about 7 days. The first batch of Kilat 4U bottles is being bottled in Bintulu now. We WhatsApp you with the date before anything ships.
Which pressure washer should I get?
The P6 Pro (140 bar, 2000 W) if you wash often, deal with a lot of mud, or want to clean the porch and walls too. The F4 (1400 W, 100 bar) is plenty for a weekly wash of a sedan or MPV, and RM230 less.
What's the warranty on the pressure washers?
Three months. If it develops a fault within three months of delivery under normal home use, WhatsApp us a photo or a short video and we'll repair or replace it.
How do I pay?
At checkout on this site, or order on WhatsApp and pay by online banking or DuitNow.
I'd rather order on WhatsApp. Can I?
Of course. Shop the site like you would a shop: add what you want to the cart, then tap Send via WhatsApp in the cart. Your list, the total and a link to the same cart come to us in one message, and we reply with delivery and payment details.
