Good to know
Where do you deliver?
Sarawak only for now. Washers ship free by bus, or you can collect free in Bintulu. Delivery for bottles and small parts is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How long is the warranty?
3 months on the washer. If it develops a fault within three months, we repair or replace it.
When does my washer arrive?
We WhatsApp you the delivery date as soon as you order. We send it by bus within Sarawak, or you can collect it in Bintulu.
Do I still get the standard parts?
Yes. Everything listed as in the box comes with your washer either way. An extra is a better part you buy on top, so the standard one stays with you as a spare.
